As I watched it I couldn't help but feel a little homesick even though I've heard it a million times.
But then I couldn't help but feel proud.
I'm proud to be from the South.
I'm proud that my Family Tree is deeply rooted there.
I'm proud of our heritage and culture.
I'm proud that I'm dating a Southern guy.
I'm proud to be a Carolina Girl.
I'm proud that I know first hand what "Sweet Southern Comfort" really means.
